No. Tracking is optional and never required.
If it helps you feel more confident or structured, we can use it, but if it adds stress, we’ll use simpler, real-world strategies instead.

Is this suitable if I struggle with appetite or GI issues?
Yes — absolutely.
Low appetite, pre-game nerves, or GI symptoms are incredibly common, especially in rugby, running, and high-intensity sports.
We’ll work together to understand what’s causing the issue and build a personalised approach that supports your body, not fights it.
What if my training changes week-to-week?
That’s completely fine.
Your plan adapts with you — training load, match schedules, life stress, shift work, and everything in between.

How often can I message you?
You can message anytime during working hours, Monday–Friday.
I reply within 24 hours (usually much sooner), and you’ll always receive supportive, practical guidance — not judgement or criticism.
Messaging is there for the everyday moments when you need clarity, reassurance, or quick advice.
Do I need to commit for a certain length of time?
There’s no strict minimum commitment.
Most clients stay 3–6 months because that’s what creates meaningful change, but you’re free to stay for as long as coaching supports your goals.
You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle renews.
Is this suitable alongside a PT or S&C coaching programme?
Definitely.
Performance improves most when nutrition and training work together.

I’m not an elite athlete — can I still join?
Yes.
